BMW Ultimate Care Maintenance Plans

1 - BMW Ultimate Care

BMW Ultimate Care comes standard on all new models and includes:

  • BMW Scheduled Maintenance, including oil and filter changes and more for 3 years or 36,000 miles.
  • Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 4 years / unlimited miles.
  • BMW Teleservice: enables your vehicle report to BMW when it needs service.

2 - BMW Ultimate Care+

Enhance BMW Ultimate Care with BMW Ultimate Care+.

Purchase BMW Ultimate Care+ to add full maintenance: replacement of specific wear-and-tear items such as brake pads, wiper blades and manual transmission clutch.

3 - BMW Ultimate Care Scheduled

Extend scheduled maintenance coverage beyond 3 years or 36,000 miles with Ultimate Care Scheduled which covers an additional 2 years or 39,000 miles for a total of up to 5 years or 75,000 miles.

4 - BMW Ultimate Care+ 1,2,3 or 4

Extend BMW Ultimate Care+ 1, 2, 3, or 4 additional years or 89,000 miles for a total of up to 7 years or 125,000 miles.

5 - BMW Oil Change Plan

3 years of oil and oil filter changes for one fixed price, eligible only after vehicle has reached 60 months or 60,000 miles and has no active maintenance plan. Maximum 2 oil changes per contract year.

Plan is also available for purchase for vehicles that have reached at least 54 months and are currently covered by the BMW Ultimate Care Scheduled or BMW Ultimate Care+ 2 coverage.

BMW Ultimate Care+ is transferable to subsequent owners and lessees sold or leased by an authorized BMW Center. BMW Ultimate Care+ availability varies by model and vehicles must be enrolled in program prior to reaching 60 months / 60,000 miles. Program and pricing subject to change. Non-US spec vehicles and vehicles equipped with Carbon Ceramic brakes are not eligible for BMW Ultimate Care+ upgrades or extensions. BMW Ultimate Care+ programs cover scheduled maintenance services as determined by the Service Interval Indicator. See the Service and Warranty Information booklet for specific terms, conditions and limitations pertaining to recommended maintenance. BMW Oil Change Plan (3 years) includes oil and oil filter changes for three years including labor for $249.00 plus taxes and disposal fees where applicable. Maximum 2 oil changes per contract year. The need for included services are prompted by the vehicle's Condition Based Service (CBS) system. For non-CBS vehicles, annual low-mileage oil changes are included as outlined in your BMW Maintenance Booklet. Available for all BMW vehicles that have reached 60 months or 60,000 miles but have not yet exceeded 240 months / 20 years and have no current Ultimate Care+ coverage. Plan is also available for purchase for vehicles that have reached at least 54 months and are currently covered by the BMW Ultimate Care Scheduled or BMW Ultimate Care+ 2 coverage. All work must be performed by an authorized BMW Center. All work is carried out by BMW Trained Technicians using Original BMW Parts, which come with a two-year unlimited mileage limited warranty.
