In 55 years of buying 36 vehicles this was one of the top five outstanding buying experiences and it was accomplished via "Face Time" due to my being 400 miles away from BMW of Buena Park. Mr. Juno Kim, (Sales Representative, Jason (Sales Manager) and Nick (Finance Manager) went out of their way to assist me in the purchase of the 2016 BMW Z4. The BMW Z4 was fairly priced and there were no hidden charges. A 5 minute conversation with Jason, Sales manager and the car was mine. Juno Kim spent over 20 minutes with me on "Face Time" showing me the BMW Z4, every inch of the car. Every little rock chip, the seats, interior, trunk, engine compartment, all the features of the car. When finished I knew the car as if I had been there in person checking it out. I told Juno I was ready to buy. It was all accomplished in one day. Can not forget the service dept. The car, when delivered a week later, was immaculate, inside and out. Looked like new. It was exactly as I had seen on my cell phone. When the time comes to buy another car I will make sure to see Mr. Juno Kim, and the staff at BMW of Buena Park.

Recently leased a new 2020 BMW from BMW Buena Park. I was treated with respect from the minute I walked on to the lot. Each phase of my car experience I was greeted with a knowledgeable person that made my car experience awesome. January 2021 Update had my first car service at BMW Buena Park and the customer service was outstanding. I was treated like a VIP the minute I arrived and my car was serviced and detailed well within the time promised.

This dealership misrepresented the condition and interior package of the car I bought (bmw i3 2017). They used stickers that left white residue on the bumpers. The key fobs both had dead battero too. They responded after 3 days and sent me a check to get it cleaned.

I have been a loyal BMW Customer since 1997 having bought a 528i, 325i, had 4 X5s, X1, and 2 X3s in the past, for its safety and reliability. I had good rapport with Monrovia BMW and New Century BMW having an agreed to price and no surprises. I do not tell one dealer’s offer to another. Made an appointment for 2:30-3:00 pm. Unfortunately I decided to take up an offer with Buena Park BMW, but should have backed out as soon as the amount agreed to changed up to an extra $300. Granting a possible misunderstanding I agreed to split the error 50/50 and ensure no more surprises on a premium package hybrid X3. We then proceeded after about 4 hours mostly waiting for the salesperson to keep going back to coordinate with supervision. Real time calculating numbers was less than an hour, going back and forth with management was about two hours. Financial printout took about 20 minutes. Everyone was made aware I had to leave at 7 pm since I had an autistic child with his caregiver leaving by 7:30 pm. Without going line by line again, I asked if the printout was as we agreed to and was assured it was. We still did not get out till about 7:30 since I was informed the car is being prepped, which could have been done after I agreed much earlier. The bait without letting me know after they checked my credit was that a 1.9% loan interest was not possible (considering they checked my credit when I dropped in a few days before) which was now given to me as 3.9%. I asked during sales about the warranty and was told it was for 4 years, 50,000 miles. The financial person was up front and did what he was instructed, he made arrangements to extend my loan period when my other surprise came. The warranty is only for oil change. To get my usual bumper to bumper coverage as I had on my X5s, I had to shell out an extra $12,397. Tired and stressed I groggily took the option. As long as everything is evened out after, trade-in, down payment, etc to $50,000 plus the warranty. I was promised yes. Signing the contract was sign here, here, here, etc on a laptop. After it’s done, I was given the complete folder and off to home. That night, I decided to review the printout and was upset to find out that the $50,000+$12,397=? $62,442.75!! Off by another surprise of $45.60. I called the financial person who had to put in an inquiry for the extra amount to the sales manager (Jalal Kawa). Sale was 29 Dec 2020, call was 30 Dec 2021. A person named Veronica called me a few days later after a review I made and said she’ll call back. It is now almost 2 weeks - nada. As a disabled military veteran I normally request folks to give me their bottom line offer as I feel uncomfortable negotiating. Well, for what it’s worth this is my last wish car.

I have previously owned multiple MBs and recently made a switch and purchased a BMW X7 M50i. The car itself may be nice but there is a clear difference when it comes to customer service. 1. Despite having already chosen the vehicle and having submitted my credit application/run before I even arrived it took over 3 hours to complete the transaction. Even the person who was working on the paperwork apologized saying it should not have taken close to as long as it did. 2. I would have expected everything to be ready for me to leave during the 3 hours I was waiting but even then one of the keys was for the wrong car (I probably would have left with one wrong key had I not happened to use it to try and unlock the car with it). I was left standing in the cold, at night, and in the dark (lights were turned off) while the correct key was located. 3. After having purchase a $100k plus car I would have expected something, anything, as a “thank you”/“welcome to BMW” type of gift. I didn’t even receive something as small as a keychain (which I would have considered a given not a gift) with my new car. In all my past purchases of cars since the early 2000s I don’t think I have ever felt so unappreciated as a customer. Perhaps it’s a BMW thing not to give anything but that’s what’s I have become accustomed to from other competitors and in my opinion a 10 rating indicates exceptional. That said. They indicated that I would only receive anything after I filled out a positive review.

Because of Covid19 BMW has taken all proper precautions and for their safety the safety of the customers by providing Face Masks, Hand Sanitizer, Rubber Gloves right at the main entrance. Showroom was very clean and their bathrooms as well.

Made an appointment for Monday morning. When I dropped my car off Linda informed me that they were busy so it might be awhile before they got to my car. When i didn’t hear anything by 5:30 I called. I was told that they didnt get to it but that they would the next day by Linda. I was slightly annoyed only because i didnt know it wouldnt be looked at on the same say. So again when i didnt hear anything by 5:30 I called. Linda said, “We told you we were really busy. Hopefully we can get to it by Friday.” Wait- What? Never did she remotely indicate that my car wouldnt even be looked at for 5 days. I asked about borrowing a car (since now i wouldnt have one) and was told no loaner vehicles were available. That should be the car dealership’s first indication that they should not be taking anymore appointments. Finally on Thursday night, 30 minutes before closing a message was left by Linda saying my car was ready. No mention of what was wrong with it. The next day i went to pick it up. I was told by Linda Sorry, the carwash is out of service so we didnt give you the complimentary carwash! That was just insult to injury at that point. Two days later I received an email stating that Linda Torres set up an appointment for five months out for maintenance. I didn’t make the appointment and NO thank you. I’d rather drive the hour out of my way to another BMW dealership. I understand things happen but NEVER once were they honest in their communication!

My experience was awful. I made appointment to schedule airbag recall service and made my appointment time at 8am. Service advisor Wesam Alrabadi calls me at noon telling me my call has not been worked on cause other walk in cars need to be work on before mine. Explained to him about appointment and is really an inconvenience if I have to leave my car over night. Relieved that my car was done but no one explained what was done with it, if all my airbags are ok and to my frustration dashboard airbag light is on. Now I have to take it somewhere else that I trust to reset airbag light. This whole experience was a waste of my time. I feel like nothing was done to my car to correct recall of airbags

Service date: 12/08/20 Service Advisor: Linda Torres. Unhappy experience. 1) When I made a reservation, I was told loaner is available only after 1 week, so I waited. When I dropped the car I was told that is a problem with dealership, not enough cars for loaner. It’s clear dealership does not think it is bad customer service to mislead. 2). Car rental is offsite and I spent an extra 1 hour to get back on the road. Waste of time and day plan got upset. 3). Upon pickup. Silly excuses for not even washing the car and making fake promises of full detail next time. I think service manager needs training on accountability and teaching his staff not to trick customers systematically. I will inform BMW company about this dealership’s low quality of service.

Ok we filled out ANOTHER app. They called me the NEXT day saying they were "trying to locate a car for me". WAIT I filled out an online app for a car that doesn't exist anymore. Sa hard inquiry fo NO reason. Now I'll have to run my credit at Mercedes because these liars have been leading me on for two days. A horrible customer experience. Shame on you BMW.

With many years of car leasing under our belt, we were hoping for a smooth process and great customer service with this dealership. Brannon was our main point of contact. Not only was he agitated half of the time when my mom tried to speak to him in broken english.. but he also hung up the phone abruptly when we decided that it was not a good deal for us during the negotiations. This left an extreme sour taste for us and will not be returning to this dealership for any future lease/purchases. We understand that with the current pandemic, working with others may be extremely stressful for many. However, you’re in a customer service based field. Please make it enjoyable for all parties involved.

I had the Air Bag Recall repair completed at the Buena Park BMW dealership. The repair was first rate and I felt that the service was first class. If you were shopping for a BMW Brand vehicle, I would strongly recommend this dealership. The employee staff had to have been trained with 'Customer Service' as a high priority. Tomas in scheduling is AMAZING! When I arrived I was told that my car needed several items done based off the key read. I was also told that the BMW system was down and they could not look up my extended warranty Plan. When I went back to scheduling I shared my frustrations with Tomas and he right away said hold on let?s see what we can do for you. He called finance and they were able to pull up my records showing that I purchased my extended warranty there at Buena Park. He said they would be able to start working on my car with no problem. Prior to helping me I overheard Tomas on the phone with a customer and he was so friendly and professional. Being in retail for over 25 years and working for top customer service companies like Nordstrom- you appreciate people like Tomas. You are lucky to have a great representative at the front desk working face to face with clients.

My only concern, after taking the car home that night my wife and noticed about 9 little chips in the paint on the hood. we called the sales person and told him he said when we come in next week to pick up the new key fob he would take a look at it. so that Saturday we showed him and he said their was nothing they could do because it was a used car. but he did say he would let me know if they could help us out.. so I have not heard anything back yet. other than this the dealer and people are great . hope to hear from some one regarding this matter.

I scheduled a service appointment with Eric, how is my service adviser. I explained to him that I would need a ride to where I was going and then back to the dealership once my car was finished. The shuttle picked me up and dropped me off. About two hours later I was called to say that my car was ready and the shuttle was on its way to pick me back up. The service was and has always been great every time I go in to BMW of Buena Park. Eric is a great service adviser I have had the pleasure of being his customer. He explained everything that was to be done. I give him a 10 for his knowledge and customer service!!!

I came to BMW of Buena Park to get a diagnostic of my BMW 328d that had a check engine light on out of the extended warranty. This is the best BMW in the LA/OC area! I came here for an oil service and a couple maintenance repairs on my 328i. Made an appointment via phone call the previous day. When I arrived, I was quickly received by staff and greeted promptly by my service advisor Eric Kim. Everyone was using appropriate coronavirus precautions. Eric was courteous and answered my concerns for my vehicle. He showed me my history of repairs and advised me to make a few maintenance repairs. I very much appreciated his transparency and honesty, because I’ve been lied to and mischarged at other BMW service centers in the area. I am very happy with Eric’s hell and the BMW team here. My car was ready after only just two hours, and as always, nicely cleaned. I really like that they text me with updates for my vehicle so that I can keep tabs on how much longer I have to wait. Quick tip! They offered me a courtesy Lyft ride to and from the service center! I was able to track my lyft on my phone and text. TLDR: Super fast, easy, convenient service. Nice service advisor. Great team!

The service was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a luxury dealer. My wife and I have owned German cars for years and one of the reasons is the dealer and service experience which is on a whole other level. We took my wife’s X5 in for a $2000 repair and got the car back filthy, inside and out. Not only that but my wife had a set of beads hung on the rearview mirror that the tech apparently broke and the beads were all over the car. I didn’t care about the beads but they didn’t clean them up. I had to ask the service writer to vacuum them up. They brought the car back about 5 minutes later and when I got in they had only cleaned about 1/2 of them up. At that point I just left. The reason for going a dealer and paying extra for service is for that special treatment which I clearly did not receive.

Buying process was very drawn out and required many unhelpful emails back-and-forth. On the day prior to purchase, I informed the sales office of a 6pm appointment I had scheduled, and offered to show up at store opening to facilitate timely purchase, and was assured the process would allow for me to make my appointment. On the day of the sale, the car was not available until 4pm, as it was being picked up from another store, and was missing a 2nd key (which was said to be the fault of the other store). We waited for over an hour and a half in the office before anyone even came to start the purchase process. All said and done, we left at 7:30pm. Following the purchase of the car, multiple phone calls and emails were made in order to try to receive the 2nd key, and it was near impossible to get a hold of anyone to help, as it took 4-5 days to reply to any emails/phone calls (if they were even returned at all). It took over 1 month to receive the 2nd key. Overall, the car itself I purchased has been wonderful, however I would not purchase from this same store again. They were not respectful of my time, have been borderline unprofessional at times in their responses and, after the purchase, were nearly impossible to get ahold of.

We sold our leased X3 here. Overall we had to negotiate the price but overall whole process went okay. We only had the car for less than 2yrs and only had 11,800 miles on it. And it was in really great condition. Jason and Samantha helped us with appraisal process and they were nice. Hany was nice in taking us back home. ‐---- Review from 2yrs ago... We originally bought my 2019 X3 from here in 2019 January, they didnt have much inventory back then. I wanted a new car but the car already had a noticiable scrape on the bumper. I asked the sales person David to order me new one but basically he wanted me to take the one from their inventory. 😡 Next time I get another BMW I will make sure to shop around before committing to one. I have more to say but will not... but I am happy with my X3. And few weeks ago I took my car in for oil change. Jesus who received me at front was rude to me.😡 It wansnt what he said but the attitude and tone of his voice was not nice at all. Basically I was told to leave the keys inside the car and wait inside for a rep.😠 First of all if car gets stolen insurance would not cover all the price of the car. Second of all I had appointment and still had to wait so long. Then Scott approached me to help me and he was much nicer. 😎 Jesus was not. He should be trained how to provide a better service.

So I arrive with my wife to the dealership one night and our sales rep meets us. Now this is during the pandemic and he’s not wearing a mask. He then offers to shake hands as well with no PPE. I was ready to walk out but we needed to buy a car. The car we check out is an electric vehicle and they tell me the battery of the car needed to be replaced and they hadn’t done so. Now why would you have a car on the lot when it’s not ready to be shown? Car needed some other fixes and they deliver my car. Instead of using a flat bed tow truck, they drive my car. Not a big deal but for the fact I get the car delivered with the battery being completed. I get the excuse that they didn’t have time to charge it yet they have a fast charger at the dealership that will give them a fast charge in 30 minutes. This also leads me to believe they had the car on the lot without the battery having any charge. This is terrible for the battery’s life as it needs to have some power when it sits idle for a while. Were it not for our urgency of having to get a car as soon as we could, I would have left to another dealership and would be apprehensive of coming back to buy another car.

Honestly. My vehicle was way overdue for service. Which has never happened before. COVID was the only reason for not returning for service. When I arrived I was relieved to see masks on everyone including fellow customers. It took me a few minutes to feel comfortable in the waiting area. Soon I was at ease and my car was serviced as promised (with updates on the progress) and I was on my way. The only suggestion I would have is to remove every other chair in the waiting area to improve social distancing.

I took my car to the Buena park dealer for the airbag recall and I really wish I had not waited so long and put off 2 other apps but at the Santa Ana BMW dealer.Im really glad I did cause I meant some very down to earth people.from customer service all the way up to the sales men.Very handsome too.This guys were not only decent respectful helpful they even got me an Uber car so I did not have to hang out for 2 hours and when I went to go pick my car up it was so clean it took me a minute to pinpoint it.It was truly a very wonderful experience

I been Shelly BMW Buena Park customer for last 16 years. Initially their service was use be pretty good. Last couple years, I lost my faith in their service dept. However I decided to give a try recently as my car was having a lot of issues. My service advisor Scott was upfront, honest, considerate and gave me updates as to what was happening. It took over a month to actually fix the car but I was given a loaner. Technician and service advisor worked well. I am totally satisfied with service.

I bought a used 2017 X3 at this dealership in late Jan 2020 and have been bringing it back here for regular service. At my first service last week (Oct 2020) it was brought to my attention that the rear tires are really low on tread - 3mm each. When I purchased the car the rear tires were at 6mm and 8 mm. I brought that up but the sales people at the time of purchase said the tires were OK. Obviously there is an alignment problem and obviously I was mislead to think things with the tires were fine. I have only driven 7k miles in the 9 months that I have had the car. The service team is friendly and responsive, but the overall experience at the dealership doesn't stand up to my expectations of BMW.

I was there for an oil change service. And this is my first service at Buena Park BMW. I was there 5 minutes ahead of my appointment time. A young man asked me to wait in the lounge for service manager to call me. So I waited for 35 minutes until a lady came looking for me. My overall wait for this oil change took 3 hours. Compare to my past experience with other dealers, which has always been below 2 hours and some dealers do it within 1.5 hours.

Customer experience at BMW Buena Park is less than acceptable. Dropped off our car on Monday afternoon (with reservation) for a recall fix and also for an service light diagnostic we are getting on the dash board. Notified that we would receive a diagnostic call Tuesday afternoon - we did not receive one so we followed up on Wednesday afternoon. The repair cost was astronomical considering we are 1,000 miles over the warranty. We declined the service and decided to pick up the car on Thursday morning. Dropping off a car on Monday evening with a reservation and the service technicians are unable assess the car until Wednesday is completely unacceptable. Moreover, a lack of follow-up from the service contact is even more disturbing. This has been the pattern the last couple of years. This is our 6th BMW, 4 of which were purchased from this dealership. So disappointed at the service level - will look for another service provider for this repair and future repairs.

We bought our 2017 BMW Alpina from BMW Buena Park, and paid a lot of money on warranties if something break downs. After 3 or 4 months we got flat tire and had to pull over from the freeway with our kids at the back of the car. We requested BMW service department to change all tires because we feel more secure knowing we have all new tires. Unfortunately they refused saying warranty wont cover the other 3 tires. I tried to talk to Mario the sales person who sold the car. He said NO and was not nice as before when he was selling to us the car. I talked to the general manager Kevin who said that we cannot expect to have all new tires at the time they sold us the car because the car was certified and not new. He also threatened me that if we dont pick up the car they will put lien and sell the car. Instead of resolving the issue in a nice way, that was how he responded to me. Finally one of the supervisors Darren gave us employee discount and we had to pay for the other 3 tires

Last wednesday I got new car X7 from BMW of Buena Park. Next day I realized Driver's side sagging nearly 2 inches. I've informed the problem with pictures to salesman right away, I was scared to drive but he told me it is okay to drive. It is now in Beverly Hills BMW service center to be fixed. How horrible, brand new car, under 200 mileage, less than a week later, it is in the service center. Of course I undertand the salesman doesn't know all about new car condition, but he and BMW of Buena Park team should know how to say sorry to customer and shouldn't say ... drive the broken car. Instead of saying sorry, BMW of Buena Park team saying, I am so lucky cause i have warranty .. LoL. Before buying a car after selling a car, why are they so much difference? The salesman told me if I leave a good reviews, he would give me some gifts. What the heck... I wouldn't recommend BMW of Buena Park. This is horrible place to go. If anybody wants to know who is the salesman? Let me know. I don't want you have same experience I had. Thanks

She provided a CARFAX, answered all my questions and let me take several test rides. She also was patient with no pressure applied. I had shopped the inventory and prices at a couple other dealers and found the price to be very reasonable. The whole experience was delightful. For what most people consider a luxury brand, this BMW dealership is one of the nicest ones around, but it all boils down to customer service, doesn't it? Yeah, you get a free car wash, but it is w/o attention to detail, and the inside is left uncleaned. My service agent, Linda, was cool, and actually told me that the extended warranty is probably "not what I need" at that price, considering my low mileage, and condition of my vehicle. I was impressed by that, as she could have easily tried to sell me all sorts of crap.

We also received a phone call from the salesman confirming our appointment/ interest in the vehicle. We drove 75 miles and upon our arrival the salesman said he would have to “locate the vehicle.” We waited 20 minutes and he drove up in a beautiful car that he “just realized was sold some time ago”. He said it was his manager’s fault but he would try tofind another one. We were shocked, how could we have reserved it and received an email on the vehicle if it was sold? To management where we were being taken advantage of the actual cash value compared to selling price of the vehicle to warranty. BMW of Buena Park is the poster child of the nightmare car dealership that you hear about. Buying a car at Buena Park makes you feel like you are a failure in life if you had to buy one here. I live in San Diego and drove all the way up there for a great deal on a 2018 530e. First they hood-winked me on the financing and to top it off they will not return my call or email concerning a missing key for the wheel lock. WTH, BMW pride themselves on service. Took my car for the recall on my BMW. Service representative was courteous and was friendly. He was also sensitive about sterilization about his office supplies given the covid 19 outbreak. My only comment is the long wait time when I checked my car in. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes before someone came out. AutoNation deliberately and calculatedly concealed an Engine gasket repair that costs us almost $8000 to repair. They advertise that they take the worry out of purchasing a used car, but they did the opposite. They did a great inspection, yet hid the results of it. When we had issues and requested an inspection report, we discovered that they had in fact discovered this prior to selling it, didn’t repair it, and then sold the vehicle to us without disclosing the damage. Now that we have discovered what they have done, they are refusing to pay for the repairs, rewind the deal or buy back the vehicle. This is clearly not a warranty issue since this was an issue that existed before we purchased it, and it was concealed from us as the consumer. We never asked (up to this point) for compensation for the extreme hardship this has caused. They are falsely advertising the quality of their vehicles and they know it. We have the documentation to prove it. Rather than doing the right thing here, they are refusing to make it right. Do NOT use this AutoNation dealership or ANY AutoNation dealership, as their advertised policies and actual policies do not match. They are not worry free, they do not care about the customer or the car. They are extremely deceptive.

We arrived at our initial appointment on time and the service department made us wait while they searched for our appointment. They were not able to locate the service adviser who initially setup the appointment. After about 30 to 45 minutes of waiting someone finally advised us that the mechanic that repairs the recall went home for the day and told us that we had to reschedule our appointment. It took the dealer about an hour to give us an update while waiting for no reason, which ended up telling us that we came here for no reason and the appointment should have never been completed. The experience was terrible as there was a lack of communication between the service department and the mechanics. And in the end, we had to waste our time and make another appointment.

All day, no offer of snacks or even water. I was buying a BMW for Gods sake. You?d think they?d at least offer a soda. I ended up buying myself a coke out of the vending machine after being there all day. The car we purchased actually was proven to be junk after taking it to a mechanic for post purchase inspection. When I returned the car I told the salesman about what the mechanics said. He simply shrugged his shoulders and said, ?I can?t argue with that?. Ridiculous. So he knew when he sold me the car that it was junk. This dealership is a total scam. Had to wait several days to get my money back. Truly shameful. Avoid

In August I used my tire protection plan replaced a flat tire, the copay was $50. One day later the new tire lost pressure and at moment I found a hole on the side of the tire and air was rushing out. It?s unlikely that I cause the puncture hole but I could not prove it. I had to replaced that tire again and paid another $50 copay. In my opinion Auto Nation such a big company could offer waive the copay as a gesture to show appreciation to a loyal customer. At that time I was recommended that I should have a wheel alignment done after tire replacement, and I agreed. Driving this car for almost 5 years I had run through a lot of bumpy road and never had any problem of steering. After I had my car back I felt the car was drifting to the right and I had to pull the steering wheel to the left in order to go straight. Since I had busy working schedule I did not bring the car back to the dealer service shop. This month I was call to schedule a maintenance service, I brought up this problem. The service rep said it had been so long, and it was difficult to determine it was inappropriate job. I said it was my bad and let?s do it again. The rep offered me a discount price. This time I was very cautious and I found the car is still drifting to the right, I still have to pull the steering wheel to the left to keep the car straight. As I told service rep: Choosing dealership service department paying a higher price for my car maintenance I?m trying to avoid hazard and expecting excellence. Travel multiple time to service shop and could be sure the work would be done perfectly really frustrate me.

Customer waiting room was not enough to provide relaxing time, need more chairs for busy time. Compare with last year, this week service much better and improved. Service advisor was great.

I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Buena Park at a credit union sale event in Long Beach. The salesperson (Sarah) was awesome and extremely helpful thoughout the 6 HOUR PROCESS. The delays took place in finance as they were overwhelmed & understaffed. There HAS to be an easier way to minimize the time it takes complete a vehicle purchase. I mean you can apply for a mortgage online/via an app but not initiate a car purchase??? Odd. Regardless at the end of the day (LITERALLY) I got the vehicle I wanted & loan terms that were reasonable.

Brought my car in for a heat valve recall. While it was getting done, was told that one of the mechanic broke the alternator belt. Was told that I was going to be charged for it ($200) but they would waive the labor since their guy broke it. I didn’t understand why I had to pay for something that their guy broke. Was then told that, “well it was going to break anyways but it just happen to break while here.” Completely unprofessional to even suggest that especially coming from a well established dealership. Ended up telling the guy that I wasn’t going to pay for something that they broke.

I will be honest I was thinking of going to another dealership since Shelly sold this dealership to AutoNation. For the last year the service I received was below standard and the service advisors were all new. I went back because there's a recall for my car, the appt made over the phone was wrong information- I was told 1-2 hrs wait and when I checked in, I was told I was going to get "lyft" since it will take the whole day. Good thing Erick saved the day and send me with a loaner car. He updated me with what is going on with my car and agreed to have the car ready for p/u since I only have limited time to get it. WHen I got there the car was ready and it only took 10 mins for me to return the loaner and get my car.In addition, he was so great and help me find my garage remote control and he sent it to sales so I can pick it up on a Sunday. I will come back and look for Erick:)

Long story short, I bought a used convertible. Beautiful car but the interior part of the roof was loose , they had told me they would take care of it no problem. I’ve had to reach out and look for them twice to get some type of update on when it would be fixed. I still have no clue when that’s going to happen. Basically, they talk a big game to get the same but afterwards their services aren’t all that great.

Called for availability on a vehicle, I was told that it was available but was in for service and was having new tires put on. I spoke with the salesman multiple times as I could not get a time when it would be ready. After 2 days I was notified it was ready. I drove 1.5 hours to see the vehicle. The first thing I noticed is that it did not have new tires as I was told it was getting. Not once did the salesman notify me that it was not getting new tires. The tires that were on it had maybe 5000 miles left on them, they could not be rotated because the are a staggered setup. The vehicle does not have a spare tire and The tires that were on it were not run flat tires. I asked if they could reduce the price of the vehicle by the cost of the new tires that I would have to put on. I was told NO. I asked if they would split the cost of the tires with me, again I was told NO. I asked if I could talk to the sales manager, I was I formed that these were her answers. The Sales Manager could not even come talk to me? This is the worst treatment I have ever had at a BMW dealership. I HAD ALL THE MONEY TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. I left when the sales manage would not come see me. They lost a sale over $500. I left for the principle of being told it was getting new tires and it did not and they did not want to fix it.

I recently brought my car in for service with Shelly BMW on Oct 21, on Oct 26 at 5:46pm, I received a call from service telling me the car is done, and I need to come pick it up before 7pm, as that's when they close. I was still at work when I received the call. I left work, and was stuck in traffic for 45 mins to get to Shelly. When I arrived at 6:45pm, service was getting ready to close. Ran in, return my loaner, then waited to get the key for my car. I got to my car, and had to rush home, because my husband was late for work. When I got home, I checked out the car on the drive way. I noticed the leather cover for the glove compartment was peeled off, and it was hanging. I wasn't happy when I saw that. Then I checked the back seat, service didn't vacuum the seat or the floor, they left it dirty. I took pictures of these areas, emailed them to my service mgr. The next morning I received a call from Daniel Hager from service. He said he saw the email my service agent forward to him. He didn't apologize or offer to ask me to bring the car back to clean the back. In reference to the leather peeling from the glove compartment, he said that wasn't the technician's fault because I left my car there for a few days, maybe when they park my car in the lot waiting for service anything could happen or it was probably my fault. He said before technicians start working on the car they complete the Know Your Vehicle inspection, and check the services that are recommended to be repaired. So I asked them, how can technicians make recommendations when they haven't even serviced my car yet? Daniel Hager couldn't respond to that. He then said well I'm glad to know my technician is doing his job. I said wait how is it your technician is doing his job when I brought the car in to change only the brakes, and repair the oil feed line causing for exhaust to have smoke in the morning, then when you return my car the leather is peeling on the glove compartment? The glove compartment was fine, if it had problems, I would have made a comment to the service mgr when I brought the car in. Daniel Hager said it wasn't Shelly BMW's fault and that there is nothing they can do, or I can buy a new glove compartment, and they can maybe work something out to waive the labor charge to put it in for me. I said, wait, I brought the car in, I leave it for a few days, I get it back damage, and you ask me to pay $593.72 to buy another, and you install it at no labor charge? Doesn't that sound a bit strange? Then Daniel said maybe when I brought it in it was already damage and I didn't know. How is that possible? Then he gave me BMW North America's number, telling me to call them to see if there is something they can do, because there is nothing Shelly BMW can do for me. I called BMW North America, and was told I need to handle it with Shelly BMW because the dealers are privately owned. I called Shelly BMW back, asking for a client care mgr. They transferred me to Annette Andrade their Client Care Mgr. I left her a voicemail on 10/27, today is 11/02 no call, no email to resolve my voicemail complaint. I'm very disappointed with this. How can they be credible for their Know Your Vehicle reports when they check they clean/vacuum my car, and its still dirty when I pick it up?

Making a service appointment online may not get you a spot on the check-in list with the right service adviser. My appointment wasn't on the list and that made me look like a liar. Good thing I have the email confirmation to show them. Then again, it wasn't good enough. My appointment had to be confirmed one more time for an available service advisor working that day. The computer program was to blame for assigning me to an internal adviser who wanted not to work for me.

I stopped today to get my Oil Level filled up as it was low. Starting from 1st person to take the car to all the way up to the manager who sold the oil was RUDE!!! They claim that the policy changed that no longer oil can be topped off if you are with 2 months of oil change service. I went to the same dealer to top of my oil 2 times this year as my car do burn some oil and no issues. They are rip off finding new innovative ways to make $$$. Time to find a new dealer!!!

I was referred by a friend to Basel who works at Shelly BMW. Even with an extremely short notice, Basel came in on his day off to meet with us to help us get the best deal on a BMW X1 for my wife. They even arranged to have the car delivered to our house as we requested since my wife felt too tired to drive the car home during rush hour. Customer service was great all around.

DO NOT GO THERE! My wife and I got our X5 serviced there and spent almost $5K. I took my M5 for service and repairs and was given a loaner. I drove the loaner car about 15 miles and the right rear tire kept deflating. I went back to Shelly BMW to get it looked at and they told me it had a nail. They asked me for my credit card to charge me for the cost of the tire ($400). To make things worse, they wouldnt acknowledge the possibility that the tire could have had the nail already before I took it out. I just paid for a tire ($202) that could have been fixed for $10 and took my M5 out of the service department and left. I will NEVER go back there. I'm a business owner and this is outrageous! Too bad, Eli in the Service department was very nice and helpful. This will not be the last they'll hear from me, though.

I am complaining for several reasons today. The Service Manager at the Shelly BMW dealership in Buena Park, CA behaved in a very insensitive, aggressive, and unprofessional manner AND to top it off is a bold face liar!!! I am clearly upset by the events that went down yesterday at 8:30 am. My Mother was driving one of the Shelly BMW rentals since last week because her car was displaying an error message. She dropped off her car and was given a rental car. An Ugly one at that. Anyway, yesterday while my mother was commuting to work all the way to Victorville, she began to feel unsafe while driving the rental car because it began jerking while she was pressing on the gas pedal. She did not want to continue driving the rental because she felt unsafe, so she pulled over safely onto the shoulder of the fwy and called Shelly BMW. She spoke with a lady (assuming the front desk) who told her that my Mom should drive the rental back to the dealership. DID THE LADY NOT JUST HEAR WHAT MY MOTHER SAID??? She does not feel safe driving a vehicle that is jerking while she is driving, furthermore she did not want to be blamed for damage to the vehicle if she did drive it back. So my mother was then transferred to speak with the service manager who you would think would have been smarter. No he was not. He told my mother that her car was ready and that he would drive HER car to her. Keep in mind, my mother never received a phone call from Shelly BMW service saying what the issue(s) were with her car and how much it would cost…you know the normal policy where they call and let you know what is wrong with your car, and how much it will cost. That did not happen. So my Mother was shocked when she was told that her car was ready AND that they were going to drive her car to her. My mother clearly said NO I do not want you bringing my car to me and she requested a new rental and for them to tow the current rental back to the dealership. He told her NO to both requests. No to a new rental and no to towing the rental. He drives to Victorville in my mother’s car ANYWAY after she told him NOT to. My mother went ahead and called AAA tow service since the service manager said they don’t tow cars. WHAT?!?! So your cars never break down. Give me a break!!! So my mother had to use her own AAA towing points to tow a BMW rental?!?! AAA even said that was fishy and that BMW better take of the tow fee’s/points. How does a company like BMW have individuals working/representing them who have no concern in the world for their customers??? I hope no one has to experience what my mother went through. My mother will never get another vehicle from Shelly BMW again and advise anyone who will listen to do the same. ME INCLUDED.

Had the pleasure of meeting some fat assclown who was unhelpful and rude. Great customer service, friendly internet sales manager a big thanks to Tony Nguyen for everything..very helpful, Tony wasn't satisfied until we were satisfied ....Tony nguyen takes his job very serious his customers are well taken care of...we left shelly bmw very satisfied customers...

I worked with most of the sales person in a different dealer ( long beach ) and if they are in shelly now I will have to say that dealer is lucky to have all this sales team in one place. Good luck team
